Classic LED Neon™ comes with a fixed light tube width of 6 or 8 mm, depending on project requirements. The wider 8 mm option is better for large signs viewed from a distance; 6 mm is for finer detail and smaller formats.

Every neon ships with an installation guide and mounting kit (screws, spacers, template). Drill a few holes, fasten the screws, plug the power supply into a 230V socket. The whole process takes 30-60 minutes. No electrician required.

For outdoor or facade installations we recommend our backlit aluminum letters or frontlit letters, both available in waterproof IP65 versions. Large facade signs can be installed by our installation team for clients in Poland.

Yes — we ship across Europe via DHL/DPD. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the checkout based on destination and weight. Local pickup is available at our facility in Wrocław, Poland (Działdowska 32).

We provide a 2-year warranty covering LED diodes, controller, power supply and craftsmanship. In case of failure during the warranty period, service is performed free of charge. For business B2B contracts of 10+ units, extended SLA terms are available.

We offer paid post-warranty service. Most repairs are simple (power supply or controller replacement) and can be performed remotely with our guidance. For more complex issues, ship the neon to our facility — courier costs at our expense for warranty issues, customer expense for post-warranty.
