Pricing

Pricing

Every LED neon sign we manufacture at our Wrocław factory is made to order based on an individual design. For this reason we don’t have an “off-the-shelf price list” — the final price depends on several factors that we describe below. The fastest and most accurate quote is available in our online configurator — it shows the price instantly after you type your text and select the parameters.

What drives the price of an LED neon?

Every project is unique, but the final price can be broken down into a few factors. The two most important are the length of the lit tubing and the number of separate lit elements.

1. Length of the lit LED tubing

This is a direct material cost — the longer the LED tubing, the more diodes, more power cable, and a larger power supply are needed. We measure length not by the outline of the lettering but by the actual length of the lit line. Short slogans (e.g. “Hi”, “OK”) will usually be cheaper than long sentences, but the final cost also depends on the second factor.

2. Number of separate lit elements

This is an often underestimated yet equally important factor. An LED neon cannot cross over itself — the power cable must remain continuous, so wherever lines would intersect we have to finish one element and start another beyond the crossing. For example: a single letter “X” is made of 2 separate elements; the letter “H” — of 3 elements; the digit “8” may require 2-3 elements. Each element means extra labour: joints, soldering, mounting and testing.

Rule of thumb: a neon measuring 100×50 cm with 50 separate elements will be more expensive than a 200×50 cm neon with just a few elements — even though the latter is twice as wide.

3. Font / typeface and design style

The font has an enormous impact on price — because both the length of the lit tubing and the number of elements follow directly from it. A script (handwritten, connected) typeface usually results in fewer elements than a sans-serif font with separate letters. On the other hand — decorative or calligraphic fonts may require longer tubing. In the configurator you can choose from a set of ready-made fonts or upload your own — the calculator works out the price in real time.

4. LED color — single-color vs RGB

A single color (e.g. warm white, neon pink, lemon yellow) is the price-list standard. The RGB version with a controller (color changes + effects + mobile app) is 25-50% more expensive — the gap depends on the number of elements. The reason: an RGB neon needs twice as many wires running to each element (separate lines for each of the R/G/B channels), which translates into significantly more manual work in soldering and cable routing. There is only one controller — it is the work on the elements themselves that scales with their number. RGB makes most sense for 1-3 elements (e.g. a bar logo, decorative neon); for 30+ elements the cost rises noticeably.

5. Mounting method

By default we mount our LED neons on clear acrylic / plexiglass (transparent) — it’s the lightest and most popular option. We also offer:

  • Acrylic in any color (black, white, colored) — e.g. for a contrast effect even when the neon is switched off
  • Aluminum profiles — modern, industrial look; durable, ideal for façades
  • Wood — warm, natural look; perfect for Scandinavian or rustic interiors
  • Hanging mount on cables — neon suspended from the ceiling (no visible backing) — popular in restaurants and offices with high ceilings

Material and mounting method affect price differently — clear acrylic is the cheapest; oak wood or profiled aluminum cost more. The exact quote is shown by the configurator once you select the options.

6. Indoor vs outdoor use

Indoor neons come with an IP44 rating — sufficient for a living room, bedroom, restaurant or office. Outdoor neons (façades, exterior shop windows, entrance signs, balconies) require IP65/IP67 ingress protection rating along with other materials resistant to UV, frost and moisture. For this reason outdoor neons are usually about 20% more expensive than the equivalent indoor model.

7. Lead time — standard vs express

The standard lead time is 10 working days from design approval — there’s no extra charge at that pace. Express delivery (3-7 working days) carries a surcharge of usually 30-50%, but the exact rate depends on the current production workload in a given week. Before placing an express order please contact us at bok@fabrykaneonow.pl — we will check availability and give you a specific quote.

Indicative price ranges

The ranges below are indicative only — for the most typical configurations. The exact price for your specific project is calculated in real time by the online configurator.

Size / typePrice range (single-color LED, clear acrylic)Example use
Small neon (30-50 cm wide)EUR 120-220Name in a bedroom, slogan above the bed, small reception sign
Medium neon (60-100 cm)EUR 220-470Logo for a small office, living-room decoration, wedding slogan

  • Wi-Fi controller (mobile app, Smart Home integration) — around EUR 25
  • Single-color dimmer (wired, brightness control for a single-color neon) — EUR 7-25 depending on the rating
  • RGB controller with remote — included in the price of an RGB neon (no extra charge)
  • Longer power cable (over the standard 3 m) — individual quote
  • Aluminum profiles as a backing — surcharge per configurator, usually EUR 50-140 for typical sizes

FREE delivery on every order placed through the online configurator — regardless of the order value. The configurator includes courier shipping (DPD/GLS/InPost) in the product price.

For orders placed by e-mail (bok@fabrykaneonow.pl) — custom neons, light boxes, large B2B projects — we quote shipping individually depending on parcel size, delivery location and transport type (standard courier, pallet courier, delivery with installation).

For international orders (EU and non-EU) we provide the shipping quote in the order confirmation email after design approval. More details on Delivery and payments.

FAQ — most frequently asked questions about pricing

Can I get a detailed quote before ordering?

Yes — the fastest and most accurate quote is shown in real time by the online configurator. For custom projects (corporate logos, light boxes, non-standard sizes) we send an individual quote by e-mail within 24-48 hours of your enquiry.

Do you offer discount coupons or promo codes?

All our products are made to order based on an individual design. As a direct manufacturer we operate on a fairly thin margin, which is why we are not able to grant discounts to every customer. The price shown in the configurator is our best price.

Exception: B2B orders (larger volumes, corporate projects, light boxes, recurring deliveries) — we quote individually with volume discounts. Get in touch at bok@fabrykaneonow.pl.

Does the configurator price include VAT and delivery?

The price shown in the configurator is the gross price incl. 23% VAT with free delivery for every order placed through the configurator. B2B customers (after VAT-ID verification) see net prices. For EU companies with an active EU VAT number, intra-Community supply applies at 0% VAT after verification in VIES.

Why can a smaller neon be more expensive than a larger one?

Because price doesn’t depend on size alone. The second key driver is the number of separate lit elements — a neon with 50 elements on 100×50 cm requires more tubing, more joints and more power supplies than a neon with 5 elements on 200×50 cm. Font, mounting method, RGB color and add-ons further modify the final quote.

Can I see a material sample before ordering?

Yes — you are welcome at our showroom at ul. Działdowska 32 in Wrocław, where you can see LED neon examples, acrylic samples, aluminum profiles and color charts. Please arrange a visit by phone in advance: +48 731 08 00 00.

What if my project exceeds standard sizes?

We deliver XXL projects — façade neons over 3 m wide, light boxes of 2-4 m, 3D letters 50-150 cm tall, multi-element projects (retail chains, signage runs). Each such project is quoted individually after we receive a brief at bok@fabrykaneonow.pl or via the “Tailor-made neon sign” form.

Can I pay in EUR / USD / GBP?

Yes — the website supports a currency converter (PLN, EUR, USD, GBP). Pick your preferred currency in the header. EUR payments are also handled in the B2B panel via a separate foreign-currency account for EU customers.
