How to order your individual neon sign?

It’s child’s play, and there are three ways:

  1. NEON CREATOR:
    • You can use our Neon Creator, where you can price and order your own LED neon without having to contact us. Of course, we are at your disposal at every stage, and if you are not sure about your quote, you can send it to us with one click for verification by our Customer Service department.
  2. CONTACT FORM:
    • You can write to us via the contact form available on the Contact page. We will respond to your message as soon as possible, and we will conduct the rest of the order process by e-mail, maintaining continuity of correspondence.
  3. E-MAIL CONTACT
    • Traditionally, directly to our e-mail address bok@fabrykaneonow.pl – just briefly describe your vision, provide your preferred dimensions for the neon sign or space to be developed, and we will quickly and free of charge estimate and prepare your project.

“Okay, but how do we even install it?”

In addition to ensuring the highest quality of our products, we have always tried to simplify installation issues for our customers as much as possible. That is why our LED neon signs are manufactured in such a way that in most cases their installation is limited to drilling a few holes in the wall and plugging the plug into the socket.

Although we offer many mounting solutions, the standard and most frequently chosen are mounting holes in the substructure. Installing such a neon sign involves placing it in a selected place on the wall and marking the mounting points by tracing them with a pencil. Then, in these places, we drill holes into which we insert the mounting pins included in the kit and, placing the neon on it, we screw it with the included screws.

In the case of “desktop” power supplies, all you need to do is plug the plug into the socket and that’s it!

However, if you have 230V cables leading from the wall, remember that LED neon lights are powered by 12V. Therefore, choose an “installation” power supply, which is terminated with wires intended to be connected directly to the electrical network.
Remember to make all connections of this type with the power supply turned off after turning off the fuse. If you have never performed similar work and do not know how to connect things to the electrical network, ask an experienced person or a qualified electrician to connect the neon sign.

“How long will I have to wait for implementation?”

Typically, for single orders, the project implementation time is approximately 3 weeks. The deadline is counted from the moment the payment for the order is credited to our bank account or from the moment all details necessary for production are established (whichever happens later). It is usually possible to speed up execution for an additional fee, but this depends on the complexity of the project and the current volume of orders being processed.

Safe shipping or personal pickup?

We send our LED neon signs by courier in 98% of cases. Over the years, we have refined the packaging process, and now we design each package on a computer and cut it on a CNC machine, thanks to which our LED neon signs are as protected as possible against any type of damage that may occur during transport.

Neon signs can also be collected and paid for in person at our factory in Wrocław, but this option is reserved only for companies due to applicable law.
