3D XPS Letters — non-illuminated dimensional signage
3D XPS letters (extruded polystyrene foam) are lightweight and durable 3D elements. Precise cutting with a thermal CNC plotter allows for any shape — from simple letters to complex logos. Each letter has a plexi or dibond face, making it resistant to mechanical damage.

XPS Foam NON-LIT Letters
Non-lit letters are non-illuminated dimensional letters. They are made from extruded polystyrene foam (XPS), which we additionally reinforce by laminating the face with the highest quality UV-resistant plexiglass or dibond (composite aluminum panels). The letters can take on the most varied shapes and sizes.
The sides of the elements are spray-painted, ensuring an even and smooth surface.
We install them outdoors or indoors — they are resistant to all weather conditions. They are typically mounted using strong foam tape and assembly adhesive, which we include in the kit along with a template.

XPS dimensional letters — ordering process
Every letter is designed digitally. Cut on a CNC plotter with 0.5 mm precision. Face finished in opal/color plexi or dibond. Standard turnaround: 10-15 business days, express 5 days.
Can XPS letters be illuminated?
XPS letters are non-illuminated by definition. If you need an illuminated version — see Backlit LED or Frontlit LED.
How large can XPS letters be?
We cut letters from 10 cm up to several meters in height. For very large letters, modular construction is available.
Are XPS letters weather-resistant?
XPS is an indoor-use material. For outdoor use we recommend Backlit aluminum letters or Frontlit.
